Return Policy

In the event that you would want to return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charges to or from the destination, within a period of 7 days beginning on the date received. All software and custom made products are none refundable. Other products may be subject to a restock fee of but not limited to 10% if applicable. See product details or call 804.644.1433 for more info per item. Some returns are based upon manufactures warranties and extended through Backstage LLC as we are Authorized Dealers of all the products listed on the Backstage website. Items listed in the used/ demo room may not apply. Buyee is responsible for all return shipping charges and if applicable, restock fees.

To return an item, the original customer must call Customer Service at 804.644.1433 and receive a Return Authorization number. Based on the conditions of the return Backstage LLC reserves the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee of no less than 10% of the original cost of the item(s).
